Hey Jay, I just loved this episode. You are right the key to be productive is REST!! There is so many people that love to tell how they just sleep/rest for few hours and they are not aware how that makes them “less awake” when they need to produce!
Love the? show man!!!

A good way to be motivated is finding something you are really passionate about changing, creating, or solving. That is true entrepreneurship. If you are trying to scratch your own itch it makes you work harder. My start up (still needing 50k to build 3 prototypes) was all about creating jobs in America that could never be outsourced, conquering free advertising on? social media sites and opening up non intrusive advertising opportunities. Two solutions were bi products of my solution.

hi jay, when starting out a? project with new people to see if they are suitable to become cofounders how hard should one try to maintain the relationship and when to say this person might not be suitable. for example i wonder if the person is committed or not and just that his working style might be different ie not communicating enough. thkx
