Arguably one of Providence’s most noted (and mobile) landmarks is The Haven Brother’s Diner. For over one hundred years this flatbed grounded mobile eatery has trucked into the city and parked at it’s grandfathered location (right next to City Hall) where it dishes out burger, fries, and other greasy spoon classics.I stopped by and met with Ivan Giusti, who’s family owns and operates the third generation of this gem. Finally it was time to feast! To me, nothing sounded better than The Murder Burger and a shake! And it was the perfect way to cap off the night. Ha! Good question. The answer is that I do SO MUCH cooking! When I’m? not shooting the show, I’m always in the kitchen. I mostly cook asian and indian cuisine… dumplings are my favorite!

What a good idea, a basic diner on wheels. I used to love this diner in a town close by, unfortunately they had some bad business and got bought out by some bigger place yet to open. But they served the best potato pancakes, with? scallions and some crazy spices in them, unlike any other to this day.

Hey All! Dan here – I already responded to Oddity89, but want to do so publicly as well.
I say I’m traveling the world to set goals. I can’t afford to do so yet, but someday (and? not too far away) I hope to be able to do so with VendrTV. Hopefully you’ll all be tuned in and by my side when that happens.
